She assisted us in putting all of our documentation together. She went through everything step by step. I met and talked to a free lawyer at the courthouse this morning (thank you for the information!), he read through the MOU and asked me a few questions then he said, "You are in good shape, this MOU looks great, I think it will be a quick hearing tomorrow." The court clerk just copy and pasted your MOU into a court format agreement document, the judge asked a few questions and she granted the order!!
