Big changes (and big feelings) deserve big conversations.
Not the kind of conversations when you say
blah-blah and your partner replies yap-yap
and together you blah-blah-yap-yap
until you both feel exhausted and unheard.
And not the kind of conversations
when you say, "This is what I want,"
and they say, "Yes dear,"
and the two of you go on with your lives feeling disconnected and unsupported.
I mean the kind of conversations that make you feel
ALIVE IN YOUR PARTNERSHIP AND TOTALLY LOVED.
TOTALLY READY FOR ANYTHING.
Doesn't that sound wonderful?
This is what happens in our Jam Sessions. Through lots of meaningful interview and compassionate listening, we create Sweet Spot Contracts that help you get on the same page with your partner

We explore division of labor, budgeting, child rearing, career goals, and more through the Prepare/Enrich platform.
Hanging a shingle with your spouse or marrying into a family business can be both fulfilling and fraught. Double down on your partnership with eyes wide open. We'll explore the potentials as you open your doors or level up your biz--and connect you with a just-right financial advisory team who specializes in family businesses.
Four sessions of coaching starting at $600
Convert his bedroom to a craft studio or maintain it as a trophy shrine plastered with animee posters? Spend longer hours at the office or return to romance? We explore these questions and more over four sessions, using the Prepare/Enrich platform to discuss topics that will improve your partnership and strengthen your love.
This convo is soooo important for couples who love transformation and exploration. You want to take a big risk-- world travel for a year, learn to drive a race car, become a foster parent. Maybe your partner is not on the same page. Maybe you need some focused planning time. During four Prepare/Enrich-infused coaching sessions, we hold space for partner inclusion and we battle test your "how/when/what/where/who" through productive and positive Q&A.
How do you and your partner continue to support each other when one of you suddenly falls ill or becomes disabled? In four sessions, we create an action plan for resolving conflict, redistributing work, caring for the caretaker, and more.
Make your golden years brighter by recommitting to your partner. Four sessions address connection, adventure, big picture goals, great health, and more. We use the Prepare/Enrich platform to explore familiar and transformed parts of your partner.
During five two-hour sessions (more or less is ok), we craft a memorandum of understanding that becomes your Separation Agreement. We explore parenting, asset distribution, financial support, and more. Our intention is to be non-adversarial and productive. This is an emotional and confusing process, so we take care to be patient and compassionate. Divorce mediation is offered at a flat rate of $4,400. Low-income families with assets under $100,00 pay $1,200 flat.
Divorce for many couples is not an option. So how do we share space and still feel undisturbed? How do you enjoy new friends or lovers? What does privacy mean? Who gets the top shelf in the fridge? During two sessions, we discuss boundary setting, conflict management, best practices, and financial disentanglement.
"Hey honey, Mom's moving in." This may thrill your partner or totally freak them out. Either way, it's time for a sitdown to clarify expectations, create boundaries, and crystallize a vision for your multi-generational household. Great communication and thoughtful Q&A can bring integrity and intention to situations loaded with complicated feelings. Four sessions should do the trick. Make it six if Mom wants to join in.
Surviving and Thriving in Step-Families by Patricia Papernow is required reading for anyone signing on for blended family coaching. Once common language is established, we can get working on creating an awesome family contract that helps your blended household create new traditions, establish expectations and boundaries, and learn to share space with patience and maybe even love.
